Requirements For Work To Residence Visa

To qualify, migrants need to meet the following requirements:

• Be aged 55 years or under at the time of resident visa application;
• Have a job offer or be employed with an Accredited Employer in an occupation on Tier 2 of the Green List;
• Have worked full-time in New Zealand in an eligible Tier 2 occupation for at least 24 months during the 30-month period immediately preceding your application;
• Employment must be full-time and permanent, or fixed-term for at least 12 months;
• Meet the specific Green List wage threshold continuously throughout the 24-month work period;
• Meet health, character, and English language requirements.
